shipping carriers we use are reliable and deliver our products
to you in a timely manner (usually). International shipping
is sometimes subject to delays due to customs, holidays and
lengthy surface transit times. Each type of product has its
own distinct set of shipping requirements and delivery options.
We offer convenient and free of charge local pickup and/or
dropoff service for buyers in the GTA (greater Toronto area)
and we also offer combine shipping for multiple purchases.

ITEMS
We ship our items to you with care and attention using appropriate
packaging materials in order to lower the cost and protect
fragile items from damage. The cost to ship mid size objects
ranges depending on the location of the buyer, and if it is
being shipped by surface or Airmail.
Please be aware of the following known issues:
- International items shipped by surface to countries such
as Australia, New Zealand, and Denmark typically take a
very long time to arrive - so please consider this when
choosing your overseas shipping method. Although airmail
is twice as much, the delivery time is much quicker. Shipping
to these countries is expensive - there is no way around
it. Surface shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and
other remote areas of the United States, is not recommended
as it can take up to 20 business days. Airmail is slightly
more expensive, but much faster.
- International items are sometimes held up at customs and
there may be delays in receiving your shipment. Due to increased
security measures at border crossings, and holidays, your
package may be delayed for a few extra days. Please be patient
as your item is trackable and will arrive in good time.
- Certain items such as Ceramics and Glass are not insurable
through Canada Post.
- NSS Media does not use couriers such as UPS or DHL, however
at the request of the buyer, we will ship items priority
via FEDEX.
- In the event of breakage where the postal company is at
fault, we will either replace the item or refund your payment.
The damaged item must be returned within 10 business days
(30 days for overseas) of notifying me of breakage, or else
it becomes ineligible for an exchange/refund. NSS Media
will do its best to repair or exchange an item of similar
value. We take great care in the way we pack fragile items,
so the chance of damage is minimal. Purchases made through
NSS Media via Paypal are also covered under the Paypal Buyer
Protection policy.

Due to the time sensitive nature of tickets, in order to
ensure timely delivery your payment must be received well
enough in advance in order to process your
order. Please choose the most appropriate method of payment
from the chart below taking into consideration the event date,
the length of time it takes for personal cheques to clear,
your preferred level of reliability, how quickly you would
like to receive the tickets, and how much you want to spend
on shipping.
Please note the following points:
- Although lettermail is the least expensive method, and
is reliable %99.9 percent of the time, NSS Media is not
responsible for lost items or tickets that arrive late.
There is no time guarantee, or delivery guarantee when using
letter mail as an option. Tracking information is not available
for lettermail. Paypal is recommended if you would like
tracking information and faster delivery.
- We do not accept Paypal payments for tickets you wish
to be sent via lettermail, so please ensure your payment
is received atleast 3 weeks before the event date, otherwise
you will be required to pay additional shipping charges
for the next shipping tier (Express Post, or Priority).
- Personal cheques can take up to two weeks to clear through
a registered bank, so if paying via personal cheque, please
ensure there is sufficient clearing time for your desired
shipping method, otherwise you will be required to pay additional
shipping charges for the next shipping tier (Express Post,
or Priority).
- For events located within the GTA (greater Toronto area),
we offer local pickup or dropoff of tickets. Cash is accepted
for in person transactions, at the current conversion rate
from USD to CDN (when the listing is in USD). We do not
charge any fees for local pickup / dropoff.
- Express Post items to the USA are supposed to arrive within
3-5 business days and can be tracked at http://www.canadapost.ca.
There are times when Express Post mail takes longer than
usual due to customs delays at the US/Canada border, so
as a protective measure please ensure payment is received
atleast 10 business days before the event date.
- FEDEX International Priority deliveries arrive the next
business day, typically around 10:00 AM, and in some locations
Saturday delivery is available. Please do not panic if your
tickets are being sent a couple days before the event. Fedex
is the most reliable and efficient courier service we have
experienced.
- In the event that the tickets do not arrive on time, every
effort will be made by NSS Media to ensure entry to the
event. We will arrange for your tickets to be held at the
box office on the night of the show, or we will send you
the tickets via E-Mail. We go out of our way to make sure
you can attend the event in case the tickets have not arrived
on time, and if for some reason you are not able to attend,
we will offer a refund.
- NSS Media has no control over how long an item takes to
arrive. Although the carriers we use offer tracking and
insurance, it is not uncommon for International items to
take longer than usual due to holidays, customs delays,
weekends, and proximity (for example Toronto to Los Angeles
will take more time than Toronto to Detroit).
- To avoid the potential for fraud, and also to allow concert-goers
to retain their concert stub as a souvenir, we prefer to
sell Hard Tickets (not e-mail printouts).
- Typically, tickets ordered from a vendor can take up to
couple of weeks and sometimes longer to arrive (depending
on the event date). Our transit duration guidelines indicate
the amount of time it takes from when NSS Media receives
the tickets and has mailed them out, to when they arrive
to our customers. Hard tickets are mailed as soon as they
are received from the vendor - and we will ensure their
arrival in time for the event.
- A refund will be issued if an event is cancelled. For
postponed events which have been rescheduled for a later
date, tickets cannot be returned to NSS Media for a refund.
Ticketholders sometimes have the option to use the tickets
for the new date, or exchange them for a refund at the box
office.

NAVIS when it comes to packing and delivering valuable and
fragile items.
- All fragile and large items are shipped through NAVIS
Pack and Ship. Insurance is optional at an additional charge.
- We gladly offer local pickup and dropoff in the GTA (Greater
Toronto Area).
- Navis specializes in shipments that are too big for a
