General
* Shipping Internationally is very expensive and we do not profit
from overcharging on shipping. Objects that weigh over 2 Kilogrammes
are more expensive to ship, but they must be well protected for
the long journey to you, and as a result the rates may seem high.
* Taxes are applicable depending on location. %6 GST APPLIES TO
ALL CANADIAN ORDERS / %8 PST APPLIES TO ALL ONTARIO ORDERS. Computer
services and maintenance is also subject to PST if performed in
the province of Ontario.
* Personal cheques can take up to two weeks to clear through a
registered bank, and we will send your tile out as soon as payment
has cleared.
* International deliveries by surface mail typically take a very
long time. Once your shipment has left our store, NSS Media has
no control over how long it will take to arrive. We have shipped
many tiles to Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands and England
and surface mail has sometimes taken up to 3 months! If choosing
surface mail, be prepared to wait a while before your shipment arrives.
This is an unfortunate consequence of the distance.
* NSS Media has no control over how long an item takes to arrive
within North America. Although the carriers we use offer tracking
and insurance, it is not uncommon for International items to take
longer than usual due to holidays, customs delays, weekends, and
proximity (for example Toronto to Los Angeles will take more time
than Toronto to Detroit).
*We do not ship to unconfirmed Paypal Addresses. Please have a
confirmed address when making a purchase through Paypal as this
protects both the buyer and the seller under the Ebay and Paypal
Buyer and Seller Protection Program.
* In the event of damage due to postal negligence, NSS Media
will offer to exchange the product for a similar model or a refund
based on the sale price of the item not including shipping harges
incurred for sending the item back to us. We do over the shipping
cost for sending a replacement. Items being returned due to buyer's
remorse must be returned in the same condition they were sent and
are subject to a %20 restocking fee.
Event Tickets
* All items are sent through Canada Post, or FEDEX
within 2-5 business days of receiving payment, or as soon as tickets
have been received from the vendor. Tracking information is provided
by the carrier. Shipping duration depends on shipping method, location,
customs inspections, and holidays. NSS Media is in no way responsible
for shipping times. Shipping rates include packaging, handling,
and processing of your item through the specified carrier.
* Due to the time sensitive nature of tickets, in order to ensure
timely delivery your payment must be received well enough in advance
in order to process your order. Please choose the most appropriate
method of payment from the shipping methods indicatd above, taking
into consideration the event date, the length of time it takes for
personal cheques to clear, your preferred level of reliability,
how quickly you would like to receive the tickets, and how much
you want to spend on shipping.
* Although lettermail is the least expensive method, and is reliable
%99.9 percent of the time, NSS Media is not responsible for lost
items or tickets that arrive late. There is no time guarantee, or
delivery guarantee when using letter mail as an option. Tracking
information is not available for lettermail. Paypal is recommended
if you would like tracking information and faster delivery.
* We do not accept Paypal payments for tickets you wish to be
sent via lettermail, so please ensure your payment is received atleast
3 weeks before the event date, otherwise you will be required to
pay additional shipping charges for the next shipping tier (Express
Post, or Priority).
* Personal cheques can take up to two weeks to clear through a
registered bank, so if paying via personal cheque, please ensure
there is sufficient clearing time for your desired shipping method,
otherwise you will be required to pay additional shipping charges
for the next shipping tier (Express Post, or Priority).
* For events located within the GTA (greater Toronto area), we
offer local pickup or dropoff of tickets only when tickets can't
be delivered by mail because the event date is too soon. Cash is
accepted for in person transactions, at the current conversion rate
from USD to CDN (when the listing is in USD). We do not charge any
fees for local pickup / dropoff.
* Express Post items to the USA are supposed to arrive within
3-5 business days and can be tracked at http://www.canadapost.ca.
There are times when Express Post mail takes longer than usual due
to customs delays at the US/Canada border, so as a protective measure
please ensure payment is received atleast 15 business days (3 weeks)
before the event date.
* FEDEX International Priority deliveries arrive the next business
day, typically around 10:00 AM, and in some locations Saturday delivery
is available. Please do not panic if your tickets are being sent
a couple days before the event. Fedex is the most reliable and efficient
courier service we have experienced.
* In the event that the tickets do not arrive on time, every effort
will be made by NSS Media to ensure entry to the event. We will
arrange for your tickets to be held at the box office on the night
of the show, or we will send you the tickets via E-Mail. We go out
of our way to make sure you can attend the event in case the tickets
have not arrived on time, and if for some reason you are not able
to attend, we will offer a refund.
* NSS Media has no control over how long an item takes to arrive.

* To avoid the potential for fraud, and also to allow concert-goers
to retain their concert stub as a souvenir, we prefer to sell Hard
Tickets (not e-mail printouts).
* Typically, tickets ordered from a vendor can take up to couple
of weeks and sometimes longer to arrive (depending on the event
date). Our transit duration guidelines indicate the amount of time
it takes from when NSS Media receives the tickets and has mailed
them out, to when they arrive to our customers. Hard tickets are
mailed as soon as they are received from the vendor - and we will
ensure their arrival in time for the event.
* Due to laws regulating ticket sales in certain areas, NSS Media
will not accept any auction bids or offers to buy above the total
face value printed on the ticket(s), plus certain service fees permitted
in some provinces or states. Bids that exceed this amount are void
and will be cancelled by the seller. The seller will end the listing
if, and when, the face value price is met.
* A refund will be issued if an event is cancelled. For postponed
events which have been rescheduled for a later date, tickets cannot
be returned to NSS Media for a refund. Ticketholders will have the
option to use the tickets for the new date, or exchange them for
a refund at the box office.
Ebay Trading Assistant
NSS Media is not the owner or seller of the goods advertised therein,
but merely a bailee acting on behalf of the seller to facilitate
the sale of the goods by holding the goods until such time as a
sale is completed and the goods are shipped to the buyer. NSS Media
represents that the goods are as they are described by the original
owner of the item, and specifically disclaims any implied warranties
of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and
non-infringement. If the goods fail to meet the description provided
above, buyer agrees that their sole and exclusive remedy is to return
the goods To NSS Media, which a return must be requested within
10 days of the buyer's receipt of such goods. Buyer agrees further
that in no event shall NSS Media be liable to buyer or any third
party under any circumstance.
Trading Assistants are not employees or independent contractors
of eBay, nor does Ebay endorse or approve them. Each Trading Assistant
runs his or her own independent business, free from any involvement
by eBay.
Although we do our very best to make sure all items are packaged
with care and professional packing material NSS Media is not responsible
for damaged items sent through Canada Post or Fedex. Lost or delayed
items sent through Canada Post or Fedex may or may not include insurance.
